1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bbk44 (hereinafter "bbk44", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bbk44 platform available at bbk44.io and all associated mobile, desktop, and application interfaces operated under the bbk44 brand.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bbk44 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by bbk44.

2 Eligibility and Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held within the account.

bbk44 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification; utility bills or bank statements for address verification; and payment method ownership evidence for withdrawal processing. Accounts that do not pass verification checks will have withdrawal access suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bbk44 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. bbk44 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any other individual to access or use your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bbk44 immediately at [email protected].

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the bbk44 platform. Opening, attempting to open, or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a third party's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances or bonus credits being forfeited in full.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

bbk44 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

All deposit methods used on bbk44 must be registered in your own name and directly linked to your verified identity. You must not deposit funds using a payment method belonging to or controlled by any other person. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed, the associated winnings being voided, and the account being referred for investigation.

Transaction fees imposed by your payment service provider, mobile network operator, or bank are your sole responsibility. Deposits are typically credited to your bbk44 wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation.

bbk44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit patterns in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. In such cases, we may request documentation evidencing the source of funds before the deposit is credited or before any associated withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the deposit being returned to the originating payment method.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) at any time through the bbk44 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts in the currency of the account (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) and are non-transferable.
• A player may hold only one active bonus at any time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bbk44 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product: the sportsbook rules for cricket and sports betting, the live casino rules for table games, the slot game rules for video slots, and the Aviator game rules for crash betting. These product-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting market interface.

General betting rules applicable across all bbk44 products include:

• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the bbk44 system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded except in circumstances where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or declared void in accordance with the applicable product rules.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbk44 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment details, fraudulent chargebacks, or misrepresentation of identity.
• Collusion between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered by bbk44.

• Manipulation of sporting events, or placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge regarding the likely or guaranteed outcome, including match-fixing related activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed toward bbk44 staff, customer support agents, or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Deliberate misuse of the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.

9 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bbk44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your bbk44 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of identity verification. Account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed by you to bbk44 under these Terms.

bbk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

14 Amendments to These Terms
